Do you remember me showing you my Sedona, AZ mini wall quilt I made. That little piece was all hand sewn and pieced together. This time I thought I would do a different type of landscaping quilt.
First, I cut out what looked like the Aspen Trees that we had seen on our trip to the Quinault National Area. Using white paint to the trees to add a little more detail to the bark, then used a Sharpie pen (poster size) to add even more detail to the bark.
Using a glue stick to tack all the pieces onto a variegated piece of green material. I also used a variegated piece of brown material to add boulders and rocks to the scene |
